The citizens (or what's left of them) of shantytown Duweiqa have been left homeless for a couple of days since the disaster. They finally get homes. The death toll reaches 75, rising from Saturday's count of 31. Now, why the hell does it take 4 days to dwell the people of Duweiqa, leaving them all-day and all-night in the streets? I'd imagine a developed country perform immediate evacuation of the site into a safer area. This comes under the condition of being developed, which doesn't apply to our country.
